- Shipment Booking: The first party must book the shipment online via https://quikp.com/dashboard/ -> “Create Shipment” option; and provide complete & correct details (Receiver/Customer Name, Full Address, Contact Number, Payment Mode, Weight, and COD Amount (for COD deliveries).
- The COD Amount needs to be mentioned. If no COD amount is mentioned, the courier will not collect the amount from the Receiver / Customer.
- Airway Bill should be printed and attached to the parcel
- Tracking of shipments: Shipments can be tracked on https://quikp.com/track-form/
- It is the Shipper’s responsibility to ensure that the package is appropriately packed to avoid any likely damages during transport. QUIKP will not be held liable or responsible for any damages arising in transit due to improper packaging /poor packing.
- Shipper should mention in Comments field if the parcel need any special handling (e.g. fragile, storage in cool place, etc), and also inform the QUIKP team & pickup driver. It is also recommended that such parcels should be marked clearly e.g. using fragile tape/sticker.
- First Party will make the shipment ready for inspection for QUIKP personnel at Shipper location to verify the contents of the package in accordance with the description of goods; alternatively, QUIKP could choose to verify the contents at QUIKP site.
- Trade license copy must be provided by the First party. “Not applicable” if you are registering as an Individual
- The chargeable weight of the consignment is the greater of Gross Weight or Volumetric Weight.
- Courier Service charge has to be paid upon collection of the shipment from the First party
- Courier charges will apply for all shipment that are picked up, regardless of it being returned to the shipper
- Additional card transaction charge will be applicable for credit/debit card
- COD amount (minus card charges if applicable) will be settled in the form of Bank Transfer.
- A total of 3 attempts will be made to contact the consignee by QUIKP
- For specific delivery arrangements, please mention necessary details in the Comments field while booking the shipment
- Shipment must be booked min 24 hours (working day) prior for special delivery arrangement within Dubai. For other locations, please check with our Customer Support before booking the shipment
- QUIKP will not be able to make any changes in COD amount after the shipment has been delivered. For any changes in COD amount (before delivery), please call QUIKP Customer Support team.
- Hard copies of the proof of deliveries (POD) to be made available upon Customers request. This is option is only available to customers who download and attach the WayBill with the parcel during pickup. (POD’s will be available for 1 month)
- The shipment/package should not carry items listed under “Prohibited Items List”. This is available at https://quikp.com/prohibited-items/
- QUIKP would reserve the right to charge for expenses & fines associated with return or disposal of shipment; either if imposed by relevant authorities or if the content of the parcel is not as per agreement or declaration by first party.

- Liability: QUIKP liability is to the extent of the lesser of: AED 100, the value of the consignment or the courier charges.
- The rates offered are valid for a period of 30 days from date of the e-mail. QUIKP reserves the right to amend, modify or discontinue rates and services mentioned above.
- Cost Escalation: All new taxes, levies, VAT, or increase in existing taxes, levies by Government or any other Competent Authority after the date of submission of this quotation/ contract/agreement, will be charged to the customer as and when they become payable.
- Any charges / fees referred to in our quotation/agreement/contract is exclusive of VAT, taxes, levies or any other similar tax which might be chargeable in connection with that charges / fees. If any VAT or other similar tax is so chargeable. It shall be paid by the customer at the same
