Return Policy

A. Return of shipment after it is already delivered

  • Once a shipment has been delivered, it is considered as complete
  • To request a return, kindly book a reverse shipment order online (or contact our customer support team)
  • The return will be considered as a normal shipment, and will incur normal delivery charges

B. Cancellation of shipment after pickup, but before delivery

  • Kindly call our customer support team immediately if the shipment needs to be returned
  • Standard courier delivery charge will be applicable. Any discount/waiver will be at the discretion of QUIK Operations Team
