1. What services does QUIKP offer?
We provide last-mile delivery within UAE, including standard, scheduled, express, and white glove delivery services tailored for individuals, SMEs, corporates, and e-commerce platforms.
2. Where does QUIKP operate?
We currently serve all accross UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah), and also international exports/imports from UAE to GCC and other countries.
3. Do you deliver to all areas of UAE?
Yes, we cover all major cities in UAE. Some locations may be considered as remote and so the delivery charge and timeline may be different. Kindly refer to the Remote Areas page for details. If you need any clarification, please contact our support team.
4. Does QUIKP handles all types of products?
For a detailed list of prohibited items, kindly refer the Prohibited Items section in our website
5. What are your delivery hours?
Our standard delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday-Saturday.
Urgent or Scheduled deliveries can be arranged outside these hours, though it will attract a premium rate. You can contact our Customer Support team for details
6. How do I track my shipment?
To track your shipment, visit Track & enter the Waybill number
7. Do you provide proof of delivery?
Proof of Delivery (POD) is only available to customers who attach copy of the waybill along with their parcel. Otherwise, you can go to Dashboard -> Shipment -> and view the Waybill details for information such as pickup and delivery date/time. For some shipments signature of sender/receiver may be available as well. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for further details.
8. I am expecting a shipment. May I know when I will receive it?
In standard delivery, we do not provide any fixed pickup/delivery time. However, you can call our customer support team to get a tentative schedule.
If you need delivery at specific date/time, please contact our customer support before booking the shipment.
9. What is the difference between actual weight and volumetric weight?
Actual weight is simply the weight of the package, whereas volumetric weight takes into account the dimensions of the package. For example, if you want to ship a large box, its volumetric weight will be its Length x Width x Height divided by 5000.
10. What is Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is a service provided by QUIKP where we deliver the parcel (products) to buyers and collect the payment of the product(s) on behalf of the sellers (merchants).
11. Can I send personal items through QUIKP?
Yes. We handle personal shipments with care, including gifts, documents, and fragile items. White glove service is available for high-value deliveries. Though, you are requested to go through the list of prohibited items to ensure the feasibility.
12. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, only in Dubai & Sharjah at present. Although it will depend on the availability of our drivers on the route. Please contact our Customer Support team for such requirement.
13. Do you offer bulk delivery solutions for small businesses?
Yes. We provide cost-effective bulk delivery options, including scheduled pickups, route optimization, and dedicated account support.
14. Is it possible to send shipment orders directly from our website to QUIKP?

15. Can I share my login details with my friends or relatives?
For legal, privacy, and security reasons, it is not advisable to share the login details. Yous friends/relatives can register on our website if they want to use our services.
16. Can you handle returns and exchanges?
Yes. Our reverse logistics service ensures smooth pickup and return of parcels. Please contact our support team for our return policy, pricing, etc.
17. How is delivery pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on parcel size, weight, urgency, and destination. You can view estimated costs during booking or contact us for custom quotes.
18. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, card payments (via payment link)
19. Is my parcel insured?
We do not provide insurance for domestic shipments. For insurance on international shipments and High Value products (e.g. paintings, watches, precious jewellery, etc), please contact our customer support team.
20. What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
